FGAC (UK) receives TM65 verification for Mini VRF

Fujitsu General Air Conditioning UK (FGAC(UK)), a sales subsidiary of Fujitsu General Group has achieved Embodied Carbon Verification (ECV TM65) for its award-winning J-VS Mini VRF R32 series, including AJY040KCTAH, AJY045KCTAH and AJY054KCTAH.
FGAC(UK) has been an early adopter of CIBSE’s ECV scheme and plans to extend the verification to cover more of its products very soon.

The ECV scheme from CIBSE Certification is designed to encourage environmentally friendly practices within the built environment. It applies to MEP (mechanical, electrical and public health) products used in applications including heating, cooling and ventilation.

FGAC(UK) fully supports the ECV scheme to promote sustainability and has disclosed the volumetric carbon content of its products with fair verification through the ECV scheme in response to the growing societal demand to reduce carbon emissions.
FGAC(UK) believes that this initiative, although small, is a first step in our action against climate change.

Aimed at small to medium-sized commercial applications or large residential spaces, the J-VS is available in capacities from 12-15kW. The launch of the R32 version in 2024 saw compressor innovation improve seasonal efficiencies up to a possible 8.27 SEER (up to 36% increase from previous model) and 5.37 SCOP (up to 33% increase from previous model).
