GENERAL Group believes that its corporate philosophy, "Living together for our future," and the SDGs philosophy of "Leave no one behind" are synonymous, and aims to realize a sustainable society.
GENERAL Air Conditioning Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd.(hereinafter, GMT) aims to realize a society where smiles are shared by employees through its unique "GMT Smile Project" activities, in which employees work with local residents and related organizations to protect the environment and contribute to society.
What is the GMT Smile Project?
In 2013, we launched the GMT Smile Project with the aim of supporting society and the happiness of our employees. Through these activities, we deepen our belief in Buddhism and ethics, foster mutual consideration, promote environmental protection, maintain physical and mental health, and create smiles.
Although the event was postponed for a period due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we held our ninth event in 2024. Over 3,000 people have participated in all nine events.
